Last week on Saturday, days before the Chinese New Year, Smad Electric Appliances held its annual meeting at the company facilities in Qingdao, No. 2, Heilongjiang South Road, Shibei District.

The main purpose of the conference was to share and celebrate with our company employees the Chinese New Year's. One of the matters to be discussed was, the overall performance of the different departments of the company, to summarize the goals achieved during the year, to acknowledge those we could not achieve and also to recognize the challenges we face as a company in 2021

One of the most awaited event of the evenning was the award ceremony for our best employees throughout the year, in words of our CEO Shuchun Wang: “We have to constantly ask ourselves what we can do to help our clients so their companies can improve, All of us here are working towards that goal and we are gathered here to congratulate those who with their performance have managed to transform the businesses of our clients.

Laughter came later in the afternoon when the artistic presentations that our different colleagues have prepared took the stage. Dances, mini plays and songs enlivened the annual meeting of our company.

Erica Wu and Haili Fang, both of our senior upper management, took the microphone to tell their stories with the company and to give advice to our younger employees on how to progress and achieve the proposed goals.
