This week Xing Xueping, from the B2B department, one of our youngest employees managed to close her first sale in the company. On behalf of all of us who work at Smad, we wish her the best and continue successes.

Xing Xueping graduated in June of this year from Qingdao University with a degree in Textile Engineering. Days after she graduated, she entered our company as her first job, to the position of sales representative in the household division for North America our the B2B department.

Her first was to the South American market and it were our Chest freezer DSC-100C, which is  very popular around the world for its energy saving features and good price and upstanding quality.

She is very grateful to Huang Zehui, her tutor throughout her learning process at the company, who helped and guided her throughout the entire sale process, from the first quote to the completion of it.

Now much more confident in her abilities, Xing Xueping set herself a new goal: to be more independent while managing her sales, and to continue with good performance within the company.

"Just do the basic work well, keep good habits and learn from others" is the advice that Xing Xueping shares with our new colleagues.
