Women are an essential part of our day to day life and work .In Smad it could not be the exemption, on behalf of all our work team, we wish them a great day and a prosperous year.

As part of our Women's Day celebration, the company carried out several activities to celebrate with our employees their sacrifice and dedication towards their work and towards the company.
Among  the most important decisions that the company made as part of the celebration was to give them the afternoon off, give them flower arrangements with different  types of roses and among other flowers.

At Smad we are committed to labor equality and the progress of all our employees in all the departments of the company, to date we have more than 60% of our management  occupied by women and we hope to continue improving to close the labor gap that was greatly affected in the world by the pandemic.
