Smad under the vision of always being innovative and looking for new alternatives to a better understand of our markets decided to join the train of live sales broadcast.
In words of Jerry Zhong, one of our live show host, “It has been an enriching experience, we must start from the beginning, consider every detail, from the smallest to the largest, we make drafts of each speech to know what we have to say, we design our own material and we have many discussions of how to make the program should be and how it could improve”
Our goal is to be able to show our products in a more didactic and effective way, explain their functionality and be able to answer direct questions from our customers right away. According Payton Wang, the host team leader manager “We do a lot of trial tests, ask our technicians for suggestions and how to better explain the product. I think we can show more and bring more surprise to our customers” We have developed a schedule in which we will be reviewing different product branches but at the same time, we will reveal new product lines.
During the last weeks Smad has been carrying out multiple recording tests in order to comply with all the quality and professionalism parameters that as a brand we set out when carrying out any new project.
“We are trying to use the live show so that the audience knows our company better. We decided to do live shows with the different lines of home refrigerators we own in all this super September. It was two hours in which we had the opportunity to interact directly with new clients as we had never been able to achieve before.
What to expect for on the future
The challenges have been enough but, Smad has the persistence to continue, “During the epidemic, in order to meet our customers' demand for products online, we conducted the first attempt of live streaming.
