This week, some of our employees from the
B2B department attended a specialized seminar on how to use digital platforms
for wholesale trade purposes.
At Smad we are aware that the world is becoming more digital every day and therefore we need
to be prepared the best we can, to face the challenges of the digital age.
Acording to Liu Xiao Xiao, our senior
marketing manager, “Through the specialized seminar, we have learned how to to
opeate digital platforms in a better and more realibe way, also how to measure
our performance after the planning and execution phases”.
Part of this initiative is to know and
share experiences with other companies in the sector and other sectors on how
to improve our processes on the internet with the different web platforms of
international comorcio.
We are sure that this investment in our
human capital will help us meet the goals that we have set around growth but
mainly to improve our processes and interactions with our clients.
