After a few couple of years working at Smad li zhi hui (most known as Gina for our clients and in the office)senior sales reperentive in the company  shares her opinion on how she sees the company in the future and how the market have evolved the last couple of years, making a must for every company to adapt to the new technologies and the new realities.

• How long have you worked in Smad?  2 years, i started in June of 2018 

• How is your daily work? Recommend suitable products and quote them according to customers’ requirements.  How were your starting days in Smad compare to your daily work now?  Take more time on learning product knowledge and working process. Do you remember your first sale? How was it? Yes, my first order product was a side by side refrigerator, from an USA customer, a few months after i got into the company 

• How would you describe the feeling of making a sale?  It makes feel pretty happy helping my customers to get what they want
• What do you think a client look for in a sales manager when asking for information? What we can do to help them their business growth
• Getting new clients it’s not an easy job, how do you do it? Take care of every task at hand, keep learning and it is also very important to be patient.
• What are the challenges have you faced while doing your job?  improving work efficiency, working from home was a challenge at the beginning, social distancing from colleagues and try to understand the new markets.   
• Maintaining a balance between work and personal life is hard when you have to keep in touch with clients all over the word, how do you do it? Everyone has own live, I always treat my customers as my friends, learn more about them so I can help them well. As for me an my family a try to create some limits while I’m around my family
• How can you deal with the problem that you can not solve for clients?  As long as the customer's requirements are reasonable, i would try our best to support them and their needs.
• What kind of changes have you seen in the industry since entering Smad?  The innovation, we always have to keep innovating and also the market has became more professional.
• Have the pandemic make you rethink the way you approach work?  Yes, we have to embrace the new technologies like Live shows, Those new technologies  make the way  we do business easier and faster.
• What do you think make you special in Smad?  Everyone is special in Smad, we have different characters hobbies but at the end we have the same goal: Higher quality, better life.
• What is your plan in Smad for the future?  To develop good and news relationships with more and more customers all around the world.
• What do you think of Smad environment and your collegues?  They are friendly, positive and reliable. We make a good team.
